We are now also printing the rulebooks above (CORE GAME + AUTOMA) in the factory in China and we expect the production to be finished by December.
So we expect to be able to ship the printed version in EU by late February / beginning of March.
REBOXING
As many of you asked for a clarification regarding the reboxing of the game, you can find here below the pictures of the suggested REBOXING steps, to optimize space inside the BOX and to simplify your set up.

SHIPPING STATUS
The fulfillment of the games is actually completed and also the Cards Language kit was shipped to all backers in March/April 2023.

Regarding Prelude Cards, here is a recap of the shipping status:
- for US & Canada: the cards have always been included in the box. If you haven't received them, please contact us ([email protected]);
- for Europe (extra UK): 98 % of parcels have been delivered. Please contact us if you haven't received them ([email protected]);
- for UK, Asia and Oceania: 83 % of parcels have been delivered. Please contact us if you wouldn't receive them within the end of November ([email protected].

CLARIFICATION ON EU FULFILLMENT AND TRANSLATED DECK OF CARDS

Dear Backers,
thanks to your messages we noticed a problem in the EU deliveries regarding the Prelude cards deck (Fall of the Gods expansion).
We checked with our logistics partner and we found out that due to a misunderstanding they were shipping a single card instead of the whole deck.
For the reason above we had to temporarily suspend the EU shipments.
Now we would like to inform you that we clarified the situation and we are solving the problem. We will proceed as follows:
- if you have already received the game without the complete Prelude cards deck, you will receive a new one soon.
- If you haven't received the game yet, the shipment process started again, so you will receive your game soon.
We also would like to share the email that our logistics partner prepared for you and that some of you may have already received directly:
Dear Anunnaki backers,
We are managing the fulfillment of the EU copies with our logistics.
Cranio Creations informed us about the fact that the first copies that we delivered contained just 1 Prelude card, instead of the whole deck.
Our European Hub completely misunderstood our instructions. We were able to block the copies sent, and we are now able to prepare the new shipments with the whole deck.
For those who have received just one card, we will send the whole deck separately as soon as possible.
We are very sorry about this inconvenience and we take full responsibility for this mistake.
We also take the opportunity to clarify that the translated cards sets have been shipped separately last year.

ANUNNAKI DELIVERY STATUS UPDATE

Dear Backers,
Here we are, right after SPIEL, with a new update regarding your concerns about Anunnaki shipments.
We would like to answer your questions regarding both the delivery status of your copies and Anunnaki in Essen.
First of all, we would like to make a recap of all the steps in the logistic process:
- At the beginning of August we delivered the games from the factory to the Fulfillment Center.
- The Fulfillment center gave us an estimated time of 45/60 days for starting the delivery to the backers all over the world.
- Therefore, we planned to start the delivery at the end of September for the EU and in the following weeks for the US, being able to fulfill all EU backers before Essen SPIEL and US ones right after.
Above is the main reason why we decided to plan the sale of some copies of Anunnaki at the SPIEL.
Also please note that the retail version presented in Essen (base game only with no upgrade on components) is different from the one you backed on KS (mainly the Big Box with expansions and exclusive material), and consequently, it followed a different production and shipment process.
Below you can find the fulfillment status of the Kickstarter copies:
- EU fulfillment hub received all the materials on the 9th of October and yesterday confirmed that now they are ready to start the shipments.
- USA fulfillment has been assigned to Capstone Games, our new partner, in order to provide the best service for you. They confirmed the receipt and are now ready to start shipping as well.
Within the next weeks both EU and US backers should start receiving their parcels.
Asia and non-EU countries backers should have already received their parcels as those left from China directly.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that we noticed an issue regarding the Prelude deck of cards (Fall of the God expansion).
As it was not included in some of the backers' deliveries, we decided to provide an additional deck to all backers, in particular:
- you should find the deck inside the carton box of your KS delivery:
- if not, please contact us and we will ship the deck directly to you.

Dear backers,
ANUNNAKI
We finally received from our fullfilment partners all booking infos. It was not easy to find close bookings because the season is hectic and the ships are full.
In particular, for Europe we had to adopt a different solution, because otherwise the first available ship would have left too late. The UK pledges have been uploaded by Sky Games to the OOCL Scandinavia vessel which is on its way to Europe. While the remaining European pledges are leaving on railway from Chengdu on August 31st to arrive to Mara (in Poland) on September 19th. This means that the delivery start date will no longer be September 18th, but about September 22nd.
The other booking is for America: Capstone booked the Maersk Alfirk vessel, currently en route to the United States. It is scheduled to arrive in Cincinnati on September 24th with delivery to Capstone on September 28th.
The direct shipments for part of Asian & Oceanian backers already started.
